What's included?

• Rental of professional moisture meter with clear instructions for inspecting your home for mold damage and water intrusion. 
• Rental of sampling equipment to perform 6 air samples (one control) and 4 direct identification samples with identification and enumeration of fungal spores.
• Each mold kit contains the necessary equipment for those who wish to take up to four wall cavity samples in lieu of or in combination with air samples. Wall cavity samples are completed by drilling a small hole 1/3 inch in diameter in order to identify mold hidden behind walls and ceilings.  
• Detailed lab report from an unbiased and accredited laboratory. 
• A thirty minute professional consult along with written recommendations to improve your indoor air quality based on your unique situation.  ​
• Instruction time: 10 minutes
• Inspection/sampling time: 1-3 hours based upon your unique circumstances.
